When installing M12 connectors, incorrect connections are virtually impossible thanks to a clearly structured coding system. Turck has developed the 4- to 5-pin L-coded and 4-pin T-coded connectors specifically for DC power supplies up to 63 V DC/16 A. 5-pin K-coded and 4-pin S-coded M12 connectors are available for power supplies up to 630 V AC/16 A, especially for AC motors and drives.
