Sensor technology at Bachofen
Our modern sensor products supply important information even in the most demanding environments. The optical sensors and factor 1 proximity and position sensors offers the greatest switch distances and temperature ranges of -60 to +250°C. They easily determine defined positions, distances or angles in industrial automation. You will even find ATEX and IECEx rated explosion-protected sensors for dust and gas areas in our comprehensive range.
Our innovative linear sensors which use a new measurement principle provide contactless, wear-free operation. Contactless rotary encoders are extremely robust, offer maximum resolutions and are easy to adapt and configure. Bachofen supplies these products in a wide range of incremental or absolute models with a hollow or solid shaft. With our camera systems and compact image sensors we can also provide high-quality industrial image processing equipment. Thanks to our partnership with well-known manufacturers such as Banner, Turck, Leine Linde, EGE and DUOmetric we can offer you a unique range of first-class sensors.
